TrustpilotLandlord Advocacy, Reactive Customer Service
As landlords, we have been with Ellis and Co Finchley for the last 3 years. Of particular note, Belinda and Nikki have been great with regards to both helping to secure successful tenancies and also helping to resolve the issues that can often arise during and after the tenancy, taking a balanced perspective for both tenant and landlord respectively.

I've been really impressed working with Nicki at Ellis & CO. Brilliant communication skills, extremely efficient when it comes to repairs etc & great at sourcing new tenants. After years of bad experiences at other local letting agents it's been a breath of fresh air working with Nicki and the rest of the team at Ellis & Co.

Neil Shah from Ellis & Co helped us greatly with our recent completion on our Dream home. With the added complexity of us having to renegotiate post first lock down and remote sellers he helped at every turn. I think we would still be waiting to exchange if it hadn’t been for his hard work.
