TrustpilotSeamless Experience for a First-Time Buyer
I recently purchased my first property, and the process of applying for a mortgage was made incredibly smooth by Ocean. As a first-time buyer, I had little knowledge about mortgages, but their team guided me patiently through every step. The communication was clear, and they simplified the complexities of the process. I highly recommend Ocean for their professionalism and making this daunting task surprisingly easy.

GoogleAdam and the Team at Ocean have been absolutely fantastic from start to finish. While I originally chose them on the strength of local knowledge and quality of listings, I’ve come to realise that the real value is after the sale is agreed. If it wasn’t for Ocean, I don’t think we’d have secured our dream home, nor would the chain have been deftly managed through to completion. Throughout, Ocean have been available and responsive to all queries, whenever they arise. I genuinely can’t recommend highly enough and wouldn’t hesitate to use again.

The Conveyancing Team were also extremely efficient and again Communication was excellent. Would definitely recommend. TrustpilotSuper team of agents!
We've dealt with Ocean a lot in the last ten years from them giving us mortgage advice, valuing our current home and re-letting a rental property for us. We've been super impressed all round with the Ocean team who have all been really helpful, efficient, and just good at what they do. We won't hesitate to come to these guys when it comes to selling our own home at some point in the future.Highly reccomend!

TrustpilotVery helpful staff with a tricky sale
The staff who helped with our sale were easy to contact and very helpful. It was a bit of a stressful process due to the first buyer being unreliable, but they did their best to guide and reassure us. We would have given 5 stars, but sometimes we were a little confused about the process and timeframes, but overall we were very happy with the service and would use them again.

TrustpilotHighly recommend mortgage services
Luigi and Clare at Ocean Mortgage Services are great. No question to small, responding to queries extremely quickly and thinking ahead to the very best solution/rates for our house remortgage. Would highly recommend to anyone needing a mortgage. Have used as a first time buyer, on a second house purchase and as a remortgage.
