TrustpilotHelpful, quick response
Luigi was very helpful. He answered my questions promptly and found exactly the right product. I'm very grateful as the other mortgage advisors I had been talking to were not helpful at all.

TrustpilotWould definitely recommend Ocean
Ocean have been really great as estate agents while we purchase our first home. Julie Hawkins in particular has been very helpful, keeping us informed every step of the way and helping co ordinate. She also gave us some really helpful recommendations for contractors to use. Would definitely recommend ocean in general, we found they had the best properties on the market. The whole process has been quite stress free which I was surprised about for our first house purchase.

We contacted Ocean Estate agents and spoke to Melissa Bell as we were looking to re-locate to Devon. The manager Steve contacted us the same day and came to take photos of our property.

TrustpilotGreat staff
Grounded, personable staff. Seemed to have an in-depth understanding of the whole process. Did a lot of chasing on my behalf. Were very supportive during the most stressful parts of the sale process. Julie and Tom were great.

GoogleWe have been very pleased with the service we have received from Ocean Estate Agents. The marketing of our property was great, the viewings were done really well and there was minimal disruption to our busy family home. Once sale agreed, we were kept informed of progress all the way through via contact with the ‘Move Manager’ and the portal. Many thanks to the team

TrustpilotOn the whole a good experience with…
On the whole a good experience with quick replies to questions and an alternative person to communicate with if the main contact was out. Frustrated on the final day when it appeared to take one hour for the money to get from our buyer to us then a further one hour fifty five minutes for the money to get from us to our seller's solicitor meaning that removal men {and my wife} were sat in the freezing cold waiting for keys - would have been quicker to take the cash out and drive it there. When I paid Ocean their fees, it was there within minutes. We appreciate that the process depends on everyone in the chain being on the ball but 14 weeks is too long for a three house chain. Not the fault of Ocean but the whole transaction could be less stressful if the rules were changed slightly.
