FacebookI instructed BAYZOS to sell my property. Unfortunately on this occasion we didn’t sell & have withdrew from the market due to different reasons however our experience throughout our time with them has been exceptional. From the moment we contacted them, to the photographs and from there the regular updates & viewings I could not fault them. I’d have no issues in recommending them and should we chose to sell in the future would revert without question!

FacebookWould defo recommend. Simple pricing structure. All appointment times kept. Nice write up/photos of property in brochure/online. All viewings have been carried out with the agents, regular updates have been given of viewing appointments and feedback.

FacebookI was with another Estate Agent Prior to asking Bayzos to support me with the sale of our property and thank goodness I did as I had an offer within 7 days and sold within 14. Communication was always clear and didn’t break the bank in terms of the cost of sale. Would highly recommend Bayzos both from a cost perspective and their communication and analysis of the market.

FacebookBayzos have a good team who update you daily throughout the sale and buying process. The WhatsApp group they set up makes this an easy platform to communicate and all messages are visible and in one place. They were responsive to any needs I had and courteous in their actions. Would highly recommend them.
