FacebookMy husband and I had a mixed service, started out great with James and Emily selling the property with great updates and constant feedback. However once we had an accepted offer the sales process support really fell down. Ella was unable to give us the updates we required and at times our sellers knew more information than Bayzos which didn’t fill us with much confidence. I think some more experienced staff on the latter end of the process would be beneficial for customers.

However I must say that I’d had much preferred to have paid our fees to them rather than Arden (the agent we used) Who went quiet as soon as our home sold. Liz in particular was extremely pro active and kept us updated all the way through. She even helped me chase our buyers solicitor which was all important. Apart from our new home been a state when we moved in and our sellers not leaving until 4pm - we were very well looked after.

From the very start of the process the team did not feel as pushy and disinterested as other agents we had spoken too. They really took the time to understand what we needed, why we were moving and what we wanted from our property.
