We had various local estate agents come to our home before we contacted Bayzos. None were as impressive, professional and genuine in wanting to get the best outcome for us as clients. The way our house was presented it was no surprise it sold in under a week! From that point on until the day we completed on our new house they made the process so much easier. We even had a nightmare with our solicitors and Liz was brilliant in chasing them and getting answers. I’d happily recommend Bayzos to anyone. The whole team are friendly and easy to deal with. Got to say if anyone wants to sell a property or buy one you need to go with bayzos. They have been fantastic throughout would highly recommend we have not one complaint after going though another agent who let us down time and time again. We can not recommend them enough all the staff there financial advisors everyone have been fantastic weekly updates sometimes more than once with everything they have got going on at the minute. There aren’t enough positive words to describe our experience with Bayzos! I was absolutely someone who though that in the era of Rightmove, all agents were the same - how very wrong!!!! After initially going with a local established agent, I became quickly disappointed with the lack of proactivity and endless viewings of the wrong people - people who were looking for something different to our property. I met Gary after seeing him successfully sell another couple of properties in the village and I was immediately impressed. Gary knows the market, he knows how to get the right people through the door and he works incredibly hard to accommodate viewings. He follows up every single viewing and actively shares feedback - after months of not selling with the other agent, Gary secured us 2 offers within a week of marketing our property. Amazing! We cannot recommend Bayzos enough - with Alice’s amazing photos, Liz’s proactive management of the sales process and all headed up by Gary, these guys really are the best. I cannot understand why anyone would market their property with anyone else / and all this amazing service at a far more competitive price than other agents in the village. Bayzos are wonderful! Great team of friendly staff in all areas of the business. We particularly loved our professional photos of our property and the 360 tour was a true reflectionnof our property. Right from marketing our property to the sale of it, we have had great communication with them. We sold our house to the first viewer and for the price where we were comfortable with. Bayzos have been incredibly professional and have provided a really great value for money service! We initially met Gary who came out to give us a presentation on their process and detailed what exactly would happen along the way. He was really friendly and approachable, but we also felt he was being honest about the value of our home and the likelihood of it selling for the asking price. He also made us feel like he wanted us to have the best service and we didn't feel like just another customer. The fee also felt like a great deal! He then came back with Alice to take photos and do the 360 tour. They were here just over 2 hours which we felt was amazing. They took their time but also took lots and lots of pictures - they really did help us to show our home at its best and the 360 walk-through really is the best of its kind that we have seen. You really do get to see the home from every possible aspect. Once our home went live, we had requests for viewings for the very next day and to our absolute delight it sold! Even better, they helped us to achieve above the asking price. Really could not have asked for more. We then were introduced to Liz who has helped to keep us sane during the stressful process of moving towards completion. Liz has always responded to our emails and calls virtually immediately and if we have asked her to do something there is no doubt that it will be done. The whole team have been friendly and supportive and without a doubt I would highly recommend them to everyone. Thank you so much guys!

People get nervous about picking the right Estate Agent when they sell their house. I mean it's understandable its a big milestone/ life event! Absolutely brilliant! I was on with 2 other estate agents before moving to Bayzos . Bayzos sold it straight away and they were supportive along the way helping with any queries. The pictures they took were top quality. From an offer to exchange was really quick. They kept me informed at all times and I really would never choose another estate agent having brought off others and tried to sell with others bayzos is a cut above the rest!
