I had been using a different estate agency for 5 months and after this time I was getting annoyed because I couldn’t understand why my house wasn’t selling. They didn’t really give me a lot of feedback on the viewings either, they just kept trying to lower the price of it. A friend of mine told me to speak to Sharman Quinney as she sold her house within a few days so I decided to give them a call. Days after moving to them they had gotten 7 people round my house and sold my house before it even went online! I was completely gobsmacked that they had managed to do this in such little time and the service they provided was amazing. Massive thank you to Megan and the team for actually delivering on their promises and keeping me updated. I will never use another estate agency again.

Tried to rent a flat with them

Tried to rent a flat with them. Explained everything regarding my addresses and they said it’s going to be okay. 10 days later they turn around and say your application has been denied and won’t send my holding fee back and claim I lied on the application. The agents rush applications and the whole system is looking to fail your application so they keep the holding fee. Don’t go with them they will cheat you. Not helpful and treat you like a machine with no feelings. Even out the phone down on me when I request to speak to a manager to get a better explanation. Very sad.

There was no help with a very difficult and long chain, when i did call the office to ask a question I was spoken to in such a rude manner i was so shocked. When i complained to head office i was told i was wrong. Will never use again.

I honestly can’t thank Luca (mortgage advisor) enough for his time and patience. After thinking that getting a mortgage wasn’t possible because of previous financial issues he worked so hard with various lenders to get us a good deal.
