Dear Mr Dhar Thank you for your review we take all customer comments seriously at Sherwoods. We understand that you rent a property through us, which we do not manage. We have taken the landlords instructions with regards to the condition of the property and the landlord has confirmed they wish to claim some money from the deposit. We confirm we are solely the administrators of the deposit and the figure is the sum the landlord wishes to claim. We have merely taken her instructions. If you feel the claim from the landlord is unjustified, you can reject the claim online. The deposit service also offers a free dispute resolution service should you and landlord agree to use it.
