As an update to a previous review from a few years ago (previous review can be found below) Update: Having recently contacted Vikings regarding a couple of repairs needed for our rented property, I wish to update my previous review from a few years ago to say that the service is still as excellent as ever! The ease of communication and the speed of response to any query or repair request is second to none. Any issue has always been smoothly dealt with. This level of service and reliability removes any stress that could so easily otherwise arise. A special thank you to Michelle for your wonderful efficiency as always. Previous review: The service from Vikings has been excellent. The communication was first-rate (updates etc) and everything progressed really smoothly.
