I have put an offer in on a house with Wards in Faversham. I met Emma who showed me round. I asked many questions which Emma was able to answer and she gave me further information which l hadn't thought of...even telling me how many minutes it takes to walk into town. I wasn't rushed. I felt she had taken the time to get "to know" the property.. which is a real bonus when you are walking into a house and an area that you know nothing about. Wards in Faversham are a friendly bunch but very professional. Glad the property was up with them.

I recently sold my house with Wards Faversham and although it took longer than we hoped, the team were supportive and extremely helpful all the way through the process. Paul and Hannah were lovely and friendly to deal with and always gave me reassurance with where we were in the process. Debbie Ludgate the progressor was efficient and understanding of the stress the sale was having on me. She clearly knows what she is doing and explained every step in detail. She contacted me on her day off and gave me her personal number to make sure I could speak to her whenever I needed. I cannot recommend Debbie Ludgate the sales processor from ward enough. She was so helpful, professional and knowledgeable. She really made a somewhat terrible experience turn around when let down from nearly everyone from are mortgage broker to our solicitor, she really offered second to none support even working days off to check in on us and offering her personal mobile number. Can only express how thankful I am to have her support during the whole process.

I cannot thank the Wards sales progressors enough. Our sale was a bit of a paperwork nightmare, and we had a big deadline over our heads, but Vanessa was absolutely incredible in pushing things forward and keeping us updated every step of the way. For me, the most important thing in a stressful situation is having someone who is upfront, honest and updates you when they say they will. Vanessa worked with our solicitor and us directly to go above and beyond to get to exchange. We were also incredibly lucky to have Rachael as the sales progressor on our purchase.
