Dear Stephen, Whilst we appreciate all those that take the time to leave a review, in this case we believe an explanation is in order. You were a tenant in a property that we no longer manage, which you left in a extremely bad state of repair, and with considerable arrears. Whilst you may have had some concerns over us not being able to deal with any issues relating to the tenancy after it had ended, we explained multiple times that this was due to us no longer being the managing agent, and we duly forwarded all concerns to the landlord. We pride ourselves in offering a 5* service to all our clients and customers, and welcome you to call into our office to discuss any issues you may have. Regards Philip
