Arranged a viewing with the person on the phone for 13.50. Checked my email before the viewing for the address and it said 12.50. It was clearly their mistake as the phone was on speaker when I made the appointment and everyone I was with at the time also heard 13.50. Called them up at 12.55 and still offered to be there by 13.05 at the latest despite it not being my fault and they refused. I've dealt with many estate agents in the past around the area but have to say these are the worst. Terrible company and avoid at all costs!!!

Had a very bad experience with this estate agent. Ask for allsort of proof, provided everything then said no I can’t have the house. Very arrogant and ignorant advise never to use this estate agent. They will promise the world and then let you down at the last minute.

Eric Clarke estate agent recently sold my house. The house was under offer after a few days and when the sale fell through Karen got us another buyer within a week.We paid the fees up front, which was cheaper, but did not mean the service was poor. Karen always kept us informed and supported us through the process. I think dealing with a local estate agent makes the service more personal and it is easy just to call in when you have a problem.

Erick Clarke estate agent recently sold my house , which I got an amazing price. The house was only on sale for few days which I received lots of interest and offers which was overwhelming. Incompetent, lack of empathy and terrible communication

It would bore people, myself included, if i listed everything that this shocking agent did wrong. If you want to pay money for referencing, to then be told another family has been offered the property anyway (on more than one occasion) and lose out on another property and your referencing fees as a result, then these are the go to agent. Not only that, but they wont give a damn in the process either.

I used Eric Clarke to sell my house - which they did within a week of it being on the market! A family business so you get a responsive, personal service, and sound expert advice. They’re not all about the money like some bigger agents who don’t return calls and always have someone different dealing with you. Would highly recommend to anyone.
