Hamptons have been the letting and managing agent for our studio flat in Kensington for 17 years, they have always been very focused, helpful and attentive. They have overseen the change over of tenants smoothly and swiftly, as well as any re-decorating and building works. I cannot rate the service too highly especially the staff who are currently managing the flat for us at the moment.

Hamptons look after the rental property I have occupied for 4 years now. I mainly engage with Daniel, who is extremely responsive and and courteous, but I have to say that every touch point with Hamptons, from the initial viewing, to the contract, and the annual property checks has always been handled with a high degree of professionalism.

Scam company they tried to scam me out of £250 for a deposit their staff member Gytis Petkauskas is very unprofessional and rude was harassing me to make a payment to their company then when payment was done tried to trick me to make a payment to a different company and not return my payment be very careful of these guys dodgy as hell he was quick to take my money but somehow doesn’t know how to use his phone when it comes to retuning my payment SCUM

Of course, as everybody faces, we had some small issues. Whenever we contact our Property Manager Patryk, he solves problems with professionalism and responds to all questions/inquiries as soon as possible.

GoogleWe recently sold through another agent and brought through Hamptons. Our agent was not great. Hamptons however and particularly Caroline was brilliant. She chased the whole chain of solicitors and estate agents. She kept us abreast of everything that was going on with the chain (which was much more than our agent or solicitor) and without her i know that the whole thing would have fallen to pieces. She is an absolute star! Can't thanks her enough. Next time we sell it will be through Hamptons.

GoogleWe’ve bought our house through Hamptons and feel very grateful to the entire team especially Riccardo and James who were very professional, supportive, and dedicated to make everything moving forward despite various challenges and constraints. Our solicitor was a disaster, and when help was needed and it was clearly beyond of an agent’s direct responsibility, Riccardo did not hesitate a second to get himself involved to understand a problem, handle the communication process, and take actions to resolve the issues. There were many situations when Riccardo sacrificed his personal time helping us and the other parties in the chain to keep things moving forward. Riccardo’s attention to details, listening skills, communication stile and the ability to work under presses and solve problems exceeded our expectations.
