GoogleGreat service during our sale during difficult circumstance. John, Amanda and Lara sold my late mother's house, a sale which was made more complex by a bereavement in the family during the sales process. The viewings and sales process was handled very sensitively during a difficult time. The team were all fully in the loop and acted proactively with other professionals to ensure the sale completed without avoidable holdups. Their contacts for house clearance and electrical work were also excellent: they turned up when they said they would, did their jobs and charged what they quoted, something which we do not take for granted. I would be very happy to use John Wadsworth again.

Living 2 hour drive away, we wanted a professional estate agent that would support, guide and help during the process. This family run business fitted our needs exactly. From providing probate valuation, a really effective video and house details brochure, organising the viewings, through to completion and importantly keeping us in regular contact. GoogleWe bought our first home via John wadsworth back in May. Throughout the process John and his wife kept us updated and even helped us chase up our useless solicitor. John ensured our solicitor was keeping up with letters from the sellers solicitor and helped us push our exchange and completion date forward in order to complete before our holiday. We even received a bottle of bubbly when collecting our keys which was just a nice extra touch. When we finally decide to move again we will definitely be getting back in touch with John wadsworth estate agents.
