GoogleMy property was up for sale with another agent for a number of weeks and, after many viewings, I decided to switch agents. Alfie and Kathy were nothing short of amazing! Not only did they successfully get an offer at the asking price, they also played a big part in the process between offer and exchange. If you want an estate agent who is efficient, approachable, reliable and hardworking you cannot go wrong with Bridges, Farnham. Thank you Alfie and Kathy!

GoogleI have been in the property game for 20 years. I have never dealt with such a good agent as Alfie Borszcz. We had issues with another local agency, not getting any viewings over a 6 month period. Within a week of it being marketed by Bridges and Alfie, we had more than a dozen viewings, regular updates on the interested parties, and the property sold quickly at the price we wanted. I would highly recommend Alfie and Bridges. I would only go back to them for my next property sales, they have been excellent, absolutely first class.

GoogleAs first time buyers my Partner and I couldn't have chosen a better Estate Agents to be working with than Bridges in Farnham. From the moment we first approached them for a viewing to the moment our contracts were exchanged, and beyond, there isn't enough space here to relay how friendly, helpful and knowledgeable the team are. I would, however, like to say a personal thank you to Alfie who arranged our first viewings and assisted us through the period between us making an offer and that offer being accepted. I would also like to thank Kathy who, by amazing coincidence, was there to show us around the first ever property we viewed with a view to purchasing and at the second, and final, viewing we had at the property we eventually purchased but was also always there if we needed advice post offer being accepted and moving in. Farnham really is a great area to move to and if you're thinking of doing so please make Bridges your first port of call.

GoogleI recently sold a property and purchased another, Bridges did a fantastic job with the sale of my property. Alfie was excellent from start to finish, he attended my home and completed a valuation and guided me to the correct price to list the property for. From here he was able to secure a sale significantly higher than the listed price and found the buyers very quickly. Both Alfie and Kathy were extremely helpful throughout the sale / purchase process with advice and support and I Will definitely be using bridges again in the future.

GoogleAlfie Borszcz was brilliant support throughout the process. Due to my husband working away we had to make an extra viewing. We wanted to understand some additional bits about neighbouring plots and nothing was too much trouble. I hear from our vendor that they were also very pleased with the process. As someone who works in property finance, and has bought and sold several times before, I know all too well that agents come in very different levels. Alfie and Bridges in Farnham are one of the good ones. Modern, forward thinking and approachable. The only thing I wished Bridges offered was a virtual 3D tour - this would be the icing on the cake. Thankfully a previous (unsuccessful) agent had already published one! Often available outside working hours, and even on his way to a holiday, Alfie was available to find solutions in the buying process. He also backed his client, and ensured fair outcomes for all sides, enabling the seller and us to remain on good terms throughout tricky negotiations - and to this day! If we ever come to sell this house we will be in no hesitation to instruct Bridges. I was also very sceptical about our vendor using the in-house solicitors having been burnt in the past. They were surprisingly efficient and helpful. All in all, made what is always a stressful transaction very smooth.

GoogleI recently purchased a property via Bridges Farnham and I am so pleased with the service provided by both Alfie and Aaron. They were so easy to communicate with and fulfilled every request efficiently. Alfie made us feel in no rush at all when showing us the property and always had time for us when booking in extra viewings . Aaron always returned phone calls and emails in good time and always assisted with chasing relevant parties. I sold through Bridges (Ash Vale) and the communication between the Farnham and Ash Vale branch was brilliant, they really helped with making our sale and purchase as smooth as possible. A big thank you to you both :)

Nikki kept in close contact with us which is so important, professional and reassuring as we always knew what was happening and when. Six years after first trying to move, three agents and third time lucky we have quickly and successfully exchanged contracts and are working hard to pack ready for completion in early August. I've bought and sold a number of houses and I have found Bridges to be the worst estate agents. I won’t use them again. I have tried to work with them regarding my concerns but there was no improvement, despite chasing them and eventually making a complaint (which they closed without addressing any concerns). They've had plenty of opportunities to resolve this but they haven't so here I am writing a review to warn others! My contact was the branch manager in Farnborough ("T"). At the start he seemed enthusiastic, professional, helpful and it was my understanding that we were on the same page. I made it clear that I wanted to sell my house but I'd acknowledged various difficulties in the housing market and for this reason I asked if he felt there as anything I could do help sell my property. I was told "you've done it all". I asked him and his team to let me know if there was anything I could do to change the property once they start doing viewings and receive feedback. This all changed after I signed up. All communication from him stopped - in fact during our contract term nobody contacted me to discuss my property. Other agents would call me to check in. Two properties came for sale on my road with other agents and sold. Viewings would go ahead on my property and I wouldn't hear anything. After a few days I would follow up asking for feedback and it would go to voicemail so I'd have to wait for them to call me (to book further viewings). I would frequently be told; i) we haven't been able to contact the people ii) I didn't do the viewings but I'll ask the person who did to call you (they rarely did). There were times where they had feedback recorded on their system but nobody had bothered to tell me. Each time I explained that it's useful for me to have feedback because there maybe things I can do to get sold. I had this same conversation with at least 5 people but got the impression they didn't want to know. I would increasing receive calls from "L" in their central team to book viewings and I would also ask her for feedback but this would be referred back to the Farnborough office. I called my contact "T "and for a very brief period I received some feedback on viewings before this stopped again. It got to the point where I told them there's no point doing viewings if I never hear anything back. Things still didn't improve and it seemed I was getting very little from Bridges. I asked for feedback on a specific viewing and when our contract was due to end. I was told they didn't have this information so they'd ask T to call me. Of course he didn't, he was working that day but asked someone else to call me. I was told there is a system note that "TQ" had already called me with feedback which I had stated was incorrect. After the call I checked my phone records, text messages, voicemails and emails which confirmed the fact that they had not contacted me. So either they have lied about calling me or they've dialled an incorrect number and spoken to someone else about my property. I was told our contract had ended and he followed up by emailing me asking me to reply providing notice to end our contract! On the call he said they may have contacted my partner - this is also incorrect (and impossible) as I'm the sole seller, they do not have my partners contact details and my partner has had no involvement in the sale of my property. I replied providing notice to end our contract. I copied in T and the other person I had been dealing with, stating my concerns, as detailed above. Another agent who had sold a nearby property contacted me and was surprised my property hadn't sold. I mentioned I had found Bridges to be useless and he said he hears this a lot and he's actually taken on another property from them as the vendor has experienced similar issues to me. It was refreshing to deal with an agent who can be bothered to show interest in my property. I hadn't received a response to my email to Bridges so I followed up asking them to take my property off the market and how I get the key returned. I'd had enough. A few days went by I still hadn't heard anything so I followed up. I had previously used Bridges in 2017 to sell my previous property. I struggled to get a reply from my contact and after my property went under offer I tried to view properties they had advertised but they never came back to me so I never got to view them! I thought things would be better this time with the new contact but I was very wrong - things are far worse. Eventually the head of sales called and said he'd looked into my concerns. I stated I would never use Bridges again and remained unhappy but he had nothing to say so the call ended. I received a reply stating they had closed my complaint. To be clear it’s not resolved and this guy hasn’t listened to me as in the reply letter summarising our call he missed off various key points that we discussed. AVOID!

I highly recommend Bridges in Farnham and especially Alfie as your Negotiator. He is one in a million (and trust me - I’ve sold multiple properties and have never had this level of support). GoogleBridges were fantastic throughout the the purchase of our first home. Kathy and Alfie were always on hand to answer questions and prompt us when needed. We encountered some challenging times during our purchase, things stalled and had to be out on hold. They were incredibly understanding and outstandingly personable, for which we’re eternally grateful. I would highly recommend them to anyone looking to buy/Sell or lease a property in the area - they are brilliant!

I can't recommend Bridges highly enough. They made a very difficult situation of selling a loved ones house, so much easier. They were responsive, quick to action and in constant communication (but not too much). From the initial discussions with Alfie Borszcz right through to the viewings, offers and legals with Katherine Ellis, they have been truly brilliant. I was dreading this process but Alfie and in particular Kathy made it so smooth.I can't actually believe we are at the end of the journey with the house sold and completed in 3 months. Bridges Estate Agents Lettings have made my property search journey stress free, I was very impressed with the level of service from the whole team. From starting with an awful experience with other local agents, Bridges soon turned my experience into a positive one. Due to having quite a wide search area, Sean and the Aldershot team, Mitch and the Camberley team and Dean and the Farnborough team listened to our needs and were very quick and knowledgeable to tell us of any new instructions coming to the market. This was so helpful as we did have a deadline to met.A special thank you to Callum, who helped us find a property that suited all our needs and as you can imagine we had many questions, but Callum was always very efficient in answering them. Also a massive thank you to Hannah Kirby and Claire Ing who took over after my offer was accepted, I honestly could not have done it without them. They were fantastic and went above and beyond for us. We are now 2 weeks into moving into our new home and we couldn't be happier.
