Very professional and he understood my need to sell the property and was very open and realistic on what was needed to progress the sale. I was kept up to date on all viewings and once i agreed an offer the updates kept coming. Kathy was great, keeping me informed of progress and guiding me through the process. I have been working alongside different estate agents as I am looking for a property to buy.The service here is just amazing. I met Maia who was very efficient at showing me around the property no pressure was applied as soon as she knew I was looking for something else. Instead she asked what exactly I was after then proceeded to send me details of the exact homes that I would like to purchase.I spoke to Ben by phone and again the service stands out as being one of if not the best I have come across.I feel valued even although I am aware that they have many clients to look after but it does not feel that way.I highly recommend using this company as they obviously know how to recruit GOOD people!

So me and my husband called Bridges to try and arrange a viewing, my husband spent almost 10 minutes on the phone to go through the registration process. The lady said we could go for the viewing also gave us date and time, then she said we would need to wait for a confirmation email. We never received any email. We eventually called the office the following day only to hear them say that we couldn't see the house since our house that is on the market is not under offer. They clearly consider showing a property to someone who's not in the position to buy "tomorrow" like a waste of time. My husband said "they lost a potential buyer cause if I am searching for a house and I see one I really fall in love with they cannot know if I can manage to find a way to buy it". Honestly this kind of service is not helping buyers or sellers. Maybe is just helping them to get less work to do. Such a shame.

The service was great we spoke with multiple staff members who were informative and helpful as the sale was a challenging process that being the property was a lease hold right to buy and there were some hurdles to jump

When I pushed them for a receipt, they got back to me later after a lot of nudges with the actual receipt being £150. They were a nightmare to deal with throughout and the person I dealt with was very rude and arrogant. Don't use.
