Incredible staff

Incredible staff. My property manager Megan Setchell has always gone above and beyond to help resolve any issues I might have and it’s brilliant to see this is not just specific to Megan as Chloe Chikaviro was fantastic when it came out to the checkout process. She has taken out all the stress with her efficiency. I’m gutted to be leaving Romans but unfortunately they don’t cover the area I’m moving to yet, one can only hope soon!I’d highly recommend renting through Romans and will always choose them where possible.

Jack and Matt have been very efficient and have helped us get our property on to the market very quickly and met our ultimate target date for that goal.Matt was very clear on the steps we'd follow together as part of the overall process and so far we're tracking to that and very happy with the related services we've been engaged with.We wanted to engage with a solicitor early and Matt was also helpful in putting us in touch with a local firm who have been very responsive to our needs as Romans in Farnham have.

I've been with Romans for 12 years and the team have looked after my property and tenants during this time with great care and consideration. I find the whole team a pleasure to work with and any issues are quickly resolved. Romans take a proactive approach looking after my property and I especially call out my property manager Jade who has recently helped me prepare my property for a new tenants. We had an awful experience with Romans Clifton branch. We found the team to be pushy, at times rude and unorganised to the point of incompetence. There was a lack of wanting to carry out work they are paid for, to broken internal online systems, creating an extremely uncomfortable process for all, and then refusing to remove signage after completion. I could not recommend them to anyone. Names often quoted in reviews here and on Google provided a different experience to us. We were very surprised by the amount of positive reviews.

Went into the office without a clear idea of what I was actually wanting (except that I'm looking for a place to rent). Amy was very patient with me as she was able to communicate very clearly practises in renting. In addition, she responded very quickly to my emails.
