Natasha from Prospect is one of the most patient estate agents I have met. Nothing was too much trouble for her and she always allowed me as much time as I needed and did her utmost to answer my many questions.

TrustpilotHighly recommended. A great agency.
We have been with Prospect as tenants for the last 5 years. The service has always been amazing. Chloe who has been our point of contact is always on hand to help. Responses are super fast and super helpful. They are always understanding. The online portal where we can report any issues with the property is wonderful too and helps us track the status of anything we have reported. We have a very good relationship with Prospect and are happy tenants! I would certainly recommend.

Aimee was brilliant in her communication and helping with our purchase. Only let down by a colleague who tried to push us into making a decision against our solicitors judgment. He was unsuccessful in doing so, however it left a bit of a bitter taste.

TrustpilotProfessional and Personalised- Maidenhead Branch
We came across Prospect when looking for a new flat closer to work, we viewed a flat with Matt, who was friendly, welcoming, knowledgable and just a genuine pleasure, we put an offer in there and then, since then we’ve been dealing with Chris who is always very responsive by email and happy to help, nothing is too much hassle, he is very professional and friendly and gives that personalised touch.Prospect appear to be a lot more personalised and family orientated than other lettings companies we’ve used, much better than the company we used previously.Thank you for making our move a lot less stressful!

TrustpilotBeth & Michael
Beth & Michael, held our hands all through the process of selling our home of 25 years. Their excellent communication and prompt responses to our enquiries allowed us to relax knowing we were in professional and competent hands. From initial engagement and valuation to finding prospective buyers and then navigating through to exchange and completion we have been delighted with the service we have received. TrustpilotGreat people at prospect.
Cameron was always on time for viewings and was always really helpful. I felt confident with prospects and they completed their side of the process as good as it could be. If we moved again I would definately use prospects again and hopefully Cameron.

TrustpilotAppalling experience
Appalling experience, an absolute disgrace and non professional customer experience. I do not recommend to come near to this letting agency who made me took time off for a viewing, did not show up and made me wait in the cold hanging without a phone call. They also had the audacity to claim that somebody was at the property while I was waiting at the front door.
