Perry Bishop went above and beyond!

We just purchased our first home with Perry Bishop Faringdon and couldn’t recommend them more! Michelle has been amazing, talking us through every process and giving advice, keeping on top of everything, and always phoning to update us. This made the whole process so easy and stress free, and I really couldn’t say a single bad word about Perry Bishop. They definitely went above and beyond. If you’re buying (or selling) I would definitely recommend Perry Bishop.

We trusted Perry Bishop in Faringdon to sell our home in the most challenging of periods for house sales. Our trust and faith was not misplaced. From Harriet who wowed us with her appraisal of our home and approach to going to market to get the best price through to Gerry, Abby, Lucy & Anne who stood alongside us through many enquiries and viewings to Michelle who took the baton for the final leg to get the sale over the line, every member of the Perry Bishop team have been excellent. A 'mention in dispatches' for Sales Negotiator Gerry who has been our constant rock when the turbulent seas of an unforgiving and uncertain market threatened to overwhelm us. From day one walking in to ask about selling my property, they were friendly and professional without being pushy. The photos their photographer took were really good. They had prospective buyers already on books. Managed viewings and within a couple of weeks found a buyer and negotiated a good deal for me. Unfortunately it did take a long time due to some problems with the buyers. But someone from the team always kept me informed in what was happening. Whilst my sale progressed they also found my partner and I our forever home which we viewed and put an offer in on same day ! I would highly recommend them .

A huge shout-out to the whole team from Perry Bishop in Faringdon. I had been trying to buy a property in the local area for a year and PB were consistently excellent to deal with. They identified properties that met my requirements; arranged prompt viewings and were good at staying in touch. Very good experience with our probate sale. We sold our house with Perry Bishop and decided to go with them due to their friendly caring nature. The ladies based in Faringdon could not do enough to help us find the right buyer and make sure we understood the whole sale process. Sadly our first buyer fell through due to the incompetence of the mortgage staff at a large well know bank! But that didn't stop Perry Bishop pulling it out of the bag and finding us a new buyer within a few days. Then the sale processed very smoothly and we managed to exchange within 6 weeks thanks to the coordination of Michelle at Perry Bishop making sure all the solicitors where talking and progressing the matter as quickly as possible (so we didn't lose our dream home!). If we did ever decide to move again we would go straight to Perry Bishop. We couldn't recommend them enough. Thank you ladies.
