Many thanks to the team at Perry Bishop in Faringdon.We had a very protracted sale where the chain broke twice and it was only thanks to Michelle’s perseverance and tenacity that we got it over the line the third time. She was a mistress of calm and the smoothing of waters. No obstacle was too great not to be moved. When I was ready to throw in the towel, Michelle was always there with a Plan B, C and D. There were times I’m sure when it must have felt like she was spending 80% of her time just on us. Thank you Michelle.I’d also like to thank Gerry for her excellent negotiating skills and a special shout-out to Abby who, although not directly involved in our sale, always seemed to have a handle on what was going on, was unfailingly friendly and welcoming on the phone, and always always always passed on messages and/or got back to us.

Great team who helped to make the whole…

Great team at Perry Bishop, who helped to make the whole process of buying a house a much more pleasurable experience. In particular, I like that Perry Bishop have a separate person (Lorraine) specifically allocated to chasing the lawyers and the chain generally. Lorraine was able to keep my informed of where the hold ups were and for me to do my own pushing with my solicitor to encourage push from their side too.

Perry Bishop sold my house to me, were my letting agent and now sold it on for me.

I chose Perry Bishop to sell my house as I had been really impressed with them when they were the agent who sold it to me. Much more professional and competent than many other agents I had encountered in my house hunt. Through no fault of Perry Bishop my sale was delayed but the team maintained a personal touch and great communications and proactive approach to helping me through it all. They were also great when I had to rent out the house as I used them as the letting agent then too. Basically, they have been great, trustworthy, great communications, professional and always felt like they had my best interests at heart.

We would like to say a massive thank you to Gerry Millington of Perry Bishop in Faringdon, Oxfordshire. Gerry managed the sale of our property and has been a true rock throughout the whole process. It has been a difficult road to navigate, given our unique circumstances, but Gerry has remained focused and true, supporting us on our testing journey. This is by far the most professional Estate Agent we have ever dealt with, made all the more perfect by Gerry’s consultative style. She has become a true friend and someone we will go back to time and again should we wish to move. The whole Perry Bishop team are very different to the stereotypical view of an Estate Agent and support their customer weather selling, of buying, as you would want to be supported. Thank you Gerry and thank you to your team who must be relieved that I we won’t be calling so much as we come to the end of this Shakespearian tale.
