GoogleOn going customer service has been much better than my original experience signing for the property. The lady who conducted the house visit was very friendly and efficient. I have been left with a bad taste in my mouth as i chose the no deposit option because i was told this would help me build my credit score faster, there is no record on my credit accounts and so i take it that this was not true. I am now paying extra each month and if it does nothing for my credit i would have definitely chosen to pay the deposit!

GoogleLeaders (Faringdon) were our letting agent for 15 years of our Grade 2 Listed cottage in Oxfordshire, until we sold it recently, whilst we lived in Australia. During that time there were numerous tenant change overs and inevitably various maintenance issues to be resolved. We found the Leaders team to be highly professional, lovely people to deal with and we had absolute trust that they were looking after our asset. Strongly recommended.

GoogleThe team at Leaders were very responsive to my needs and not only helped me find a lovely home, but convinced my landlord that my two hairy dogs would make good tenants too. They went above and beyond the introduction service for which they are paid, liaising between me and my landlord with my various requests right up until move in day. Friendly and approachable team

GoogleWe are contractors for Leaders. They are great to work for and all time frames are very fair. All properties are kept to a high standard. Unlike some management companies we have worked for, Leaders actually care about their Tenants needs without costing the Landlords unnecessary expense. All the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their properties they manage, which in turn make our lives easier.
