Michelle and the team at leaders have been nothing short of incredible. We've been in a tricky position these last few months in that we are moving out of our rented flat to buy a house - despite us not being able to give Leaders any firm dates, they have been so patient and understanding. We have been with Leaders for several years now and every fault reported has been acted on the same day or the next day! Will be sad to leave the safety net of such a brilliant agency.

Moving house is always a stressing time for anyone but Faringdon Leaders team made the process feel smoothly for us. Great team, we had Charlie helping us in getting the property we rented, he is professional, prompt and patient as we weren't decided to start with but I must say Charlie had the patience to listen and always gave us options to fit our needs and situation.Thank you Charlie! A big thank you to Paige as well as to all the members of the team. We felt we are renting "a home" and not a house, honestly! Highly recommend!!

Paige has been amazing under the short time scale. Less than two weeks to get referencing and all documentation complete and moved in. By far the best agent i have ever used keep up the good work Paige. Update: since moving in they have become less friendly and not so helpful... dont think ill be having many dealings with them if i can help it. I have asked them to chec if i can have a sky dish installed but dont actually feel like they have asked the land lord or are even trying and i rang on my moving day for help in finding the telephone socket as it wasnt clear where it was. I was told well you were given the inventory you should refer to that... the lady (not paige) was really rude i gave up with her attitude and hung up... so much for friendly and approachable.. i have the recording of the phone call as proof. Update: i jumped the gun and now they have proven to be sprting out my issues, the after talking to the girls in the office they have now gone out of thier way to sort my problems out. I feel a bit stupid but they have been great. Sorry for mixed messages but i do hate moving..

Our agent always looks after our needs as a tenant with care and consideration, so visits are always welcome. We didn't prepare for our last visit as I mixed up the dates, but our agent Angela was courteous and kind considering our two year old was playing with all her toys everywhere! and put my wife at ease. I should say that our gas boiler breakdown in the recent cold during February was fixed within 2 hours of my call to our Leaders Faringdon office, despite the difficult travel conditions. Very well done!

During this period Leaders of Farringdon and Paige Jackson in particular have been very professional in handling the tenants and providing all the contractual information for my lawyers. All the staff have been great but Lisa especially responsive with a whole load of question I have had since moving in, she always replies super quick and helps in anyway she can! 100% a must especially for those first time renters who are nervous about each step like we were :)

Very disappointing experience. We were tenants for a year and had to wait months to get anything repaired. 3 months to replace bathroom door locks, over 3 months to fix the garage door and over 2 months with no shower. The latter 2 took so long they weren’t even fixed before our tenancy ran out. The only thing they will do quickly is look for ways to charge you fees. We asked for compensation for the lack of working facilities and were told no. Don’t rent from Leaders, find another agency that cares about their tenants.
