Thank you Leaders, but a bigger thank you to Mechack, who been the biggest help in assisting myself and my partner in finding a rental property in Manchester. Honestly, I cannot thank you enough for how easy it has been to be able to the keys to our new property. No one likes moving and it is so stressful but the professionalism we have encountered during this process has been insurmountable. All my queries were responded to in a timely matter, usually within an hour, and any problems were sorted just as fast. I would definitely recommend Leaders for just how simple it has been taking the stress out of moving. Millie you have been Wonderful in helping us get to the deadline we gave you and we know that you will support us throughout this tenancy when we need advice and other things. The little gift hamper we received was also a really nice touch and for someone who has rented since I was 18 I have never had that kind of treatment. Overall 5 out of 5! Everything was and still is great!

Professional, flexible and adaptable with a real desire to put customers first is my impression of Leaders in Farringdon. We were required to move and rent at relatively short notice and it could of been much more stressful than it has been, the team at Leaders played a big part in that. I have found Leaders in Farringdon to be an excellent example of how estate agents should be, everyone was extremely helpful at every turn. Disgraceful, reported a leak coming from one of their flats into our property on Friday, were told someone would call back... nothing. We have had to chase repeatedly it has been 4 days now and still the water is flowing and no plumber booked. What part of that is acceptable? - Now a year later and we have been waiting months for them to replace a ridge tile, are they waiting until there is water and structure damage?
