GoogleBased on our buying experience, I would recommend Chambers. Richard dealt with our house purchase, which was significantly elongated due to issues lower down the chain. Throughout a stressful time Richard kept both us and his vendor fully informed, so even under great pressure we were still able to complete.
We'd definitely use again.
PS. On obtaining the keys, Richard presented us with a 'moving in hamper' which contained a number of great items (tea, biscuits, cleaning materials, toilet rolls etc) to keep you going whilst sorting out all our boxes. I lovely and well received thought.

Chambers even, brilliantly fielded a problem when one property had problems with a difficult neighbour. Richard and his team go "above and beyond". I have even purchased another property locally for Chambers to manage after issues with a disinterested letting agent elsewhere in the country!

GoogleChambers have provided a very proactive service to ensure that we were able to secure a property that we had often admired. We were shown around the property and were very well informed about the property and its history. Advice was provided on how to approach the purchase, the fact we would be better placed to secure the property if we were already sold and Chambers managed to market and sell our property within 2 weeks of us pushing the button. This left us in position to make an offer on our desire property. After some negotiating we had an offer accepted and then the legal process started. The process was not without issue and this for me is where Chambers really made a difference. They took any obstacle that was put in front of us in there stride and without fuss or concern, found ways around it. The proactive nature of Chambers was absolutely first class and I couldn't fault them. We really felt that Chambers were fully invested in the successful completion of our sale and purchase and this went beyond just the commissions that would be earnt. On the day of completion, we entered the property and were met with a welcome hamper which was a fantastic touch. Access was arranged at a later date to move a hot tub from our original property to the new one and again this was arranged in a friendly manner and with minimal fuss. I really couldn't recommend them enough and it truly felt like a personal service which is rare these days. I hope to be in our new property for life however if the day comes where the words 'down size' are mentioned within the household, I wont hesitate to contact Chambers to handle our sale and purchase. A genuine thank you to all at Chambers for helping secure my families new home.
