I have just used Chambers Sales and Lettings of Stubbington, Hill Head & Lee on the Solent to sell a house at a distance. Mr Chambers and Shannon Beasley went above and beyond from carrying out viewing's to giving me feedback i did not know i needed, until i realized i did! Shannon also took the time to listen to me and answer questions which enabled me to think through decisions. This support made all the difference and removed what could have been stressful, to becoming manageable. Their communication was excellent by phone and Email. They clearly had really good systems in place and knew the local market well. I would rate them the Best Estate Agent on the South Coast. Would i use them again? Yes 100% They were worth every penny of their fee.

Chose Chambers to sell my late mothers bungalow as they were a local small independant agents and had many signs in the area showing that they had sold the property . Becky Webb was our assigned agent and she soon had an offer on the table which was accepted. Although the chain was short, it proved to so very challenging. It was touch and go right up to the point of exchange but with Becky and Richard pushing the other agents and solicitors, it all came together at the lat minute. It was such a relief to get the call that all in the chain had finally exchanged. Becky and Richard certainly went the extra mile to get this resolved and words alone cannot thank them enough for all that they did. I cannot recommend Chambers enough, this is the third occasion we have used Chambers in the last 3 years and we would not go anywhere else. Chambers sold our house before it had even been advertised on day one!!! They found us a fantastic buyer and our sale completed in just 10 weeks. Their communication was faultless, any queries were chased up and we were always kept informed. Prior to this house sale, we previously used them in 2017 to sell our bungalow, the sale was not straight forward (through no fault of Chambers) each time their was an issue or the sale fell through they found us new buyers swiftly and showed us how resilient they are. What we like about Shannon and Richard is how helpful they are, really friendly and they don't use pushy sales techniques! They are genuine honest people. Thanks again for all your help!
