I moved into my home today and she made sure I was comfortable with everything and gave me all the information I needed. I felt at ease and welcomed even thought my dad was also there she made him very welcome too. I’d give my appointment and experience of today a 10/10 for friendliness and overall helpfulness. Our original flat property management company was Harcourts and we received an excellant service. However, when Harcourts merged with Beals in Whiteley the service we received has been non existant. Two of the residents were in management fee arrears and Beals did nothing to retrieve the debt. The Health and Safety inspection didn't happen. Overpriced contractors who did not keep to their side of the contract. We now manage the block ourselves and saving in excess of £1000 a year. Need I say more.

FacebookThese people are all out for the landlord. Beals took months to sort out a broken shower and left me and my seven year old son with raw sewage floating past the only entrance to the property over Christmas, I had to call out southern water. On moving out they are trying to take all my deposit to redecorate a place that needed a paint job when I moved in, they are also trying to charge me for cleaning- fortunately I documented everything and emailed it to them where I have clearly stated property not clean. After liaising with a Hayley from head office who so obviously didn’t give a toss and couldn’t wait to get me off the phone I knew they were going to be no help. If you are a tenant avoid this company they are crooks.

GoogleRecently I had some terrible news that the property I was looked at renting for a had come off the market. I was absolutely devastated given I was at this time residing in a close friends spare room with the majority of my possessions in storage or in my car. I just felt Fareham as a whole dealt with my call in a very profession way, they genuinely did care about my predicament and did their utmost to help me; by the end of that day, Fareham had sorted out everything for me and found me an even better property than the one I originally looked at in the first place! I can't thank you enough Beals you've gone well beyond the standard level of customer care :)
