TrustpilotWas overall a good experience
Was overall a good experience. Dealt with by Amber. Quick to get me viewing of the property, told me all the information I needed and was able to answer every question I had. Though there was a slight mistake in terms in my move in date but it was owned up to soon and was swiftly dealt with.

Beals have been a great help to us over the past few weeks. Since we found out that our landlord had sold the house, beals did all the ground work for us and within 4 days we had selected a new place to live and within 2 weeks we are ready to move in to our new home.

My Dad (who is over 70 years old) sold a house with Beals and I feel like they haven’t treated him properly. I spoke with the person sorting his stuff out and they didn’t seem as friendly as you’d hope - considering he sold his house through them you’d expect them to speak to you nicely?

Difficult sale of my late Mum's bungalow. Live 200 miles away so not easy. Took a while, fences blew down, etc. After many months of dealing with Hugh and Liam, all I can say is that they're professional, empathetic and have a joint sense of humour, they also sold Mum's house. Thanks, H and L.

Thanks Beals for sorting out my new property. Beals always deliver what they promise! They managed to secure me a property and hold it for me while I got some funds together. Their team is always kind and understand; they always pickup the phone after 1 ring as well which is unbelievable

Beals Fareham have been stars. Ross & Dan have been professional and knowledgeable especially with my hundreds of questions and things that kept coming up about my first time buying a BTL flat. Great honest and upfront service where I feel they've my interests at heart during such a big point in life.

TrustpilotThank you So much BEALS
As landlords We highly recommend Beals. Due to a serious health issue we were unable to deal with a problem tenant. Jess at Fareham stepped in, taking all the additional stress and worry away. Always helpful and courteous the situation was dealt with efficiently and professionally. “ So glad we chose Beals.” THANKS GUYS !

Trustpilotgreat work guys
Rented with beals throughout the years, they always go above and beyond expectations to make moves very smooth and easy and keep up any problems within the house I have. In particular shelby, from the southsea branch is a great addition to the team always willing to help no matter how big or how small.

Our experience was extremely good from the time of our first call about a property we were interested in. The agent we dealt with, CHLOE PAGE, was friendly, professional and went above and beyond. We expect to exchange in the very near future. Thank you, Chloe and Beal's.

Trustpilotjust rented a property in stubbington
just rented a property in stubbington, Zoe and Jessica from gosport helped us through the process which was a little complicated due to me not having a passport, but Jessica helped us through each stepped and kept us in the loop throughout, would highly recommend both of them.
Where the same review appears twice we show it once. We leave out reviews that name another agent or another of the brand's offices.
