Following a tenants last minute notice departure and having to pay for extensive cleaning and damages myself, the dispute went through a deposit adjudication process. TrustpilotI rented property with beals - big mistake
I rented property with beals, they were very happy to take my money. After few months I had huge leak in my house and I ended up reporting landlord to enviromental agency. After house was inspected it turned out that there are multiple hazards within property including level 1 hazards (endangering life).Beals did nothing to aknowledge this and pretended that they didn't see my emails. And keep covering for landlord. They knew about issues when they rented this property.Now I try to recover my deposit and 4 weeks and 6 emails later I still haven't received deposit back.I strongly discourage anyone to use this agency, they don't respect tenants and what they doing is criminal.

Kept dialogue between myself and my purchases during the long wait for probate resolution. FacebookTerrible customer service , not helpful, first to charge for everything what they possibly can. 1.Left flat on much better condition then I received , still awaiting for deposit refund as it’s “being considered “ , 2.found new tenant myself still was deducted for “re marketing the property” and a week of their processing documents for new tenancy. 3. Poor communication, disrespectful. 4. Inventory say all “ fully working order” “ professionally cleaned” - be careful check it all and challenge it all. For sure will never use them even if they will have a bargain of the year on offer Avoid

I was afraid to dealing with agencies in the UK bc of reputation, but I am happy to deal Beal’s, they were helpful and everything I need it Holly did it for me and helped me, if I want to rate them from 1 to 10, they broke scale and got 12.
