GoogleThis was a very good experience for myself and my partner. The Fareham branch has been extremely helpful, cooperative and insightful about everything that was required from viewing all the way through to move in. The estate agent assigned to the property we’ve secured was very professional, friendly, accommodating as well as prompt with correspondences to ourselves and liaising with the landlord.
Hi Stephen, thank you for taking the time to review your experience with Beal's Fareham! Feedback like this means the world to us. Have a good day :)

TrustpilotCould not recommend Beals enough - brilliant estate agents!
The team at Beals have been absolutely brilliant throughout our selling and buying process - we couldn’t recommend them enough. Esmee and Louise have been so helpful when we put our place up for sale and even whilst we were looking to buy. Katie H (Sales Progresser) was honestly fantastic and always went above and beyond. Fab service from start to finish - thanks again for all your help!

TrustpilotSERVICE WITH A DIFFERENCE
A very big thank you to Luenna-Jane for her friendly and professional service. Most of the rental companies I have dealt with previously have been very impersonal and in a hurry to get the deal done. Luenna made us feel like nothing was too much trouble and has helped us through all the steps in a respectful and sincere manner. She is a real gem.

Lucy has been so helpful with helping us to purchase our first home, nothing has been to much trouble for her and has always been so quick to respond to any questions or queries we may have, she has been flexible with viewings and worked around what worked for us, rather than herself. I highly recommend using beales.

Trustpilot4 bed rental help
I called for some advice on 4 bed rentals as we need more space with a large family. Shelby was really helpful and knowledgable, helped us with locations and rough prices to expect. We are now on the look out for a bigger home and Shelby will keep us posted if something that ticks out boxes comes along.

TrustpilotFantastic for sales & lettings!
We recently bought a BTL property through Beals Estate Agents (Shirely) and found them incredibly professional, efficient, and proactive throughout the whole buying process. We were so impressed with their service that we decided to move away from our usual letting agents and use Beals again for the letting process. With special thanks to Olly, Jack, & Adrian.
