A very massive thank you to Zoe who has helped us find our perfect home! Answered every question honestly and based our viewing on a "no BS" policy which was highly appreciated! Everything has moved forwards without any issues and we'll be moving into our new property month end! Emails were quick and efficient, responses were within a very short space of time. We sold our house through Beals Fareham under the manager Adam Glee and his team. A very special mention for Hollie Goward, Sales negotiator and Katie Healey the Sales progessor; who both were truly amazing! They were very professional and both went way above and beyond to help us. The clam confident manner which they helped us was so helpful and is certainly a huge asset to Beals Fareham. We would not hesitate to recommend for anyone to use Beals Fareham to sell thier house. From the intial introductions on the assessing of our property, the extremely proffesional pictures taken and the professionalism that the veiwings were conducted, was superb. Our previous Letting Agent had our rental property on their books for months with hardly a viewing and I was getting very concerned about finding new tenants to cover our financial outgoings. Within a matter of days of switching to Anstey (now Beal's) we had several viewings lined up and a couple of weeks after that a signed contract for the next rental year. We were relieved and grateful to Rhys and his team for making this process quick, easy and painless and we're happy to say all subsequent dealings with them have been exactly the same! Even asking more recently for a recommendation for a good, reliable local plumber Rhys replied within hours and his plumber proved to be just that. An easy 5 star recommendation.

It lets you upload pictures of any maintenance issues that might arise, and schedules visits from contractors. We purchased a house through Beals Estate agents, our journey started early November. We met Emily at the property, she was professional and offered really great tips, on the potential of the property etc. She was straight to the point on what the seller wanted, which put us in the best position. She rang the day after the viewing and we put our offer on the property!Emily was our go to, she was thorough and constantly requesting updates from us, the seller and the lawyers. Urgent move into the area, thankfully I have the lovely Jess to help me out. She was there from viewing right through to getting settled in. Always at the end of an email or phone call for any questions I had or anything I needed help with. when it came to moving, Amber and Jess were both Swift in organising the change over and collection of keys so I could get in quickly.
