Within half an hour we had a call from Ross with a property coming on the market in the following days that matched our criteria. We viewed the house the following day and knew it was the right one instantly. Thanks to Ross for his quick thinking and giving us the opportunity to beat the crowd and get everything sorted out so quickly with the offer and the ongoing process.

Extremely happy with my experience with the Beals Team, all were friendly, efficient and courteous. Kirsty Booth visited and discussed options, and then took photos/measuremets along with showing potential buyers around the property etc and all times was professional and polite. She and the waterlooville team have been in contact throughout and made the sale less stressful. A massive thank you to Kirsty and the team for a wonderful experience so far. Beals in bitterne, absolutely disgusting how the treat tenants. We have had to wait 11 months for the heating to be fixed. So spent a very cold winter with no heating. Leak in bathroom, which took 3 months for someone to come out. He did a bad job, leak wasn’t sorted. So many more issues. We’ve now moved out and they want us to pay for the shoddy work carried out. Disgusting bunch

We found our experience with Beals excellent and stress free.Jade Goulding showed us around the flat. She was very careful to keep the social distancing at this difficult times. She was very polite helpful answering any questions we asked. She spoke to the landlord and asked a few questions we had. She helped us through every step in completing the necessary paperwork as this was the first time we have rented. She kept us informed as things progressed either by phone, email, or text.On the day of signing the contracts she went through everything to make sure we understood it all. Incredibly bad

I’ve had an offer on my house since November. First they told me the buyer was a cash buyer. Presumably to get the deal. Then when this ‘cash buyer’ took out a mortgage, the sale ground to a halt. When I asked them to speed things up, they tried to pin the delay on me. They also asked me for £500 for the buyer to compensate him for the delay - unbelievable! Their nominated solicitors are also incompetent. Asking for the same information over and over again. When I seek updates, neither Beales or their solicitors respond to calls & emails. I had to threaten to pull the house off the market just to get someone to call me. There was a bit of activity as a result. After that, silence again. My experience with Beales is that of sitting in an information vacuum for almost 5 months, being duped into a sale to a ‘cash buyer’ (who wasn’t at all), and suffering both their and their solicitor’s incredible incompetence, including repeated requests for the same documents. And still, no sign at all of a date for exchange of contracts, let alone completion.

Easy smooth process

As a first time buyer, the process couldn't have been easier thanks to Lily, Kirsty, Stacey and the whole team really. From the viewing of my new property to receiving the keys, I never had an issue.
