GoogleWe have dealt with many estate agents in our bid to find our first purchase. Emma is by far the most professional and knowledgeable, we honestly felt she went above and beyond. Straight away after our first viewing, she knew exactly what we were looking for, as soon as a house entered the market that was for us, she contacted us straight away to arrange a viewing and now have just had an offer accepted! I highly recommended Emma and charters in Fareham

I would highly recommend this company, especially if Fin is your main point of contact he works in the Worthing office. I was in a very difficult situation with my tenant who refused to leave my property, even after I had given the required two months’ contractual notice. Fin was incredibly helpful throughout the entire negotiation process and worked professionally with both parties to ensure the matter was resolved as smoothly and quickly as possible. I fully understood the tenants’ situation, and Fin handled everything in a fair, respectful, and professional manner while also making sure I was able to regain possession of my property without unnecessary delays.

Friendly and professional agents who made viewings simple with no pressure (shout out to Lucy in the Goring branch who went back out of hours to help us retrieve our kid's lost phone from one of the houses!). When it came to purchasing they were swift and communicated well. After the offer was accepted having Jane in the dedicated Sales Progression team after meant that everything moved as quickly as possible with queries dealt with efficiently and sympathetically. Highly recommended.

GoogleAll the staff in the Fareham office were a great help in selling my property, particularly Stacey Walters and Darcy Seal. Even when delays occurred during the conveyancing process they were able to keep things moving along by working with the buyer and liaising between the solicitors.

Although I have rated this experience as 5 star this is due to one person. Katie Healey Sales Progressor for Beals sales team. In what was a long and arduous drawn out sale and had it not been for Katie’s relentless chasing of purchasers and Solicitos I’m sure it would still continuing. Katie was always pleasant and positive even when she was banging her head against a wall to get the simplest of responses to up date us. GoogleJust moved into a new place today marketed by Beals. It’s disgusting. There is black mold everywhere. Nothing was cleaned prior to our move in. The entire place smells like mold and just stank. When we got here every window was open and there were coffee beans in the cupboards to cover up the smell. It was very clear that they knew there was mold and smell issue but didn’t take care of it. The toilet is broken. The water heater won’t heat the domestic water. I will never work with Beals again. I recommend not using this location if you can avoid it. All photos shared.

GoogleReally pleased with them they found me a buyer quickly in a challenging market and they found me a tenant double quick too for a property I was selling but decided to rent. I have always used them for tenant finds but will use them for everything now. Special mention to Amber for her pragmatism on rentals and also to Akshay and Hollie re the sale of my flat and Katie in sales progression for all keeping pressure on buyer. Delighted.
