GoogleTom was the Agent for the people we bought our new house from but we had to comment on how helpful, efficient, "on it" and communicative he was throughout the whole (at times stressful) process. We would only use Tom to sell our house for us should we ever decide to move on and we highly recommend him!

Communication was excellent, Tom always kept us fully informed and we never had to chase him up as he had already done it for us. GoogleThere’s a credibility about Tom that engenders confidence whether you are a seller or a buyer (and I have been both) which is what you want when selling a property. Tom is highly experienced, has expert knowledge of the market, and his valuation was the one I trusted most (neither the highest nor the lowest) and turned out to be spot on. He is a pleasure to work with, professional, courteous to all parties, communicative, and his brochure was outstanding. I would not hesitate to recommend Tom Wills.

GoogleWe bought our house via Tom when he worked for another estate agent back in 2015/16 and then sold it with Tom at his own estate agency this year. Tom's set up is great as he has so much local knowledge, knows lots of useful people, grasps how the local market works, is a great communicator and is very 'on the ball'. We had a much better experience working with Tom one-to-one than past experiences working with bigger estate agents, so we thoroughly recommend Tom especially if you're looking for great communication, lots of local knowledge, friendly, & professional support with selling/buying. Our sale as a little complex and took some time, but whether it was 'good' news or 'bad', Tom communicated quickly, efficiently and with a good understanding of how emotional house sales can be! Cheers Tom - your work is much appreciated! If we ever find ourselves in a position to be selling again, we'd choose Tom Wills for sure.
