I can’t recommend Tom Wills enough. We have just sold our home through him and there is no doubt that he would be the only agent we’d consider in the future. If you’re looking at these reviews trying to figure out which estate agent to go with, then look no further, Tom Wills is the absolute right choice. We sold our house with Tom and can wholeheartedly say he deserves 5 stars. From the beginning he gave honest and knowledgeable advice, and throughout the process his professionalism and integrity made it clear that he cared and that we were more than just a number. Our sale had some quirks to it, but Tom's excellent communication with us and the buyer ensured it went smoothly. He's extremely well-versed in the local market and gives an honest steer, which we really appreciate. Having bought and sold quite a few houses over the years through various estate agents large and small, dealing with Tom was like a breath of fresh air. We were very pleased with the marketing strategy for our house and all the materials produced online and in hard copy - the use of a drone was particularly effective for our property. Once the house was on the market, Tom was great at communicating and negotiating. With previous sales, it always felt like the agent switched from working for us to working for the purchasers. This wasn't the case at all with Tom. Very pleased with the whole process and recommend him wholeheartedly.
