Tom is brilliant! I've bought and sold a number of houses in my time and this is the best selling experience I've had. I had what many might consider a unique property to sell and Tom went about the sale professionally, efficiently and with real empathy for the age and complexities of the buildings and grounds. His approach is both informed and realistic and his advice not to be ignored. The difference it makes to have one person who knows everything consistently dealing with your property cannot be underestimated. On the few occasions when Tom could not undertake viewings, Anna and Ashley were wonderful, too.

🌟 Five-Star Experience with Tom and Anna 🌟 As a first-time seller, I was incredibly nervous about the whole process, but Tom made everything feel so much easier. When the sale of my property was stalling, Tom was immediately on the phone to the estate agent who was dealing with the sale, and my solicitor, and the same was true of my partner's property, all without prompting. We purchased an old cottage for sale in Mylor, Cornwall where Tom represented the family who were selling it as part of a deceased estate. There were multiple people to communicate with and information requested from the family - some of which were living abroad. Tom was extremely helpful and professional throughout the transaction. He assisted with multiple viewings and chasing information and progress, he organised a ladder for us to check the property thoroughly so we did not have to travel miles with one, and always showed an active interest - representing the owners but also being supportive of the buyer’s interests with an independent and fair approach.
