Laskowski & Co. handled the marketing of the house I have recently purchased. In my experience, they are attentive to detail, highly responsive and professional. Clarity and timeliness of communications was excellent. Everyone in the office is a pleasure to deal with. They helpfully facilitated conversations between the various clients in the chain, another local estate agent who was handling the sale of my former house, as well as all solicitors involved, to keep things moving along and on track. After a long and arduous search for a home with several purchases falling through and plenty of problems often caused by other estate agents we were very pleased to view a property with Priscilla at Laskowski & Co. Meeting with a professional estate agent and dealing with a company who actually support you as a buyer as best they can, was very welcome and refreshing. Although we weren't the first choice of buyers our luck came in a few months later and we did end up making that property our home. Lawsowski & Co's team put all of their efforts in to help the sale go through before Christmas, which meant working in a very quick time frame. We are now happily living in our dream location and property! We will always be grateful for the service that they provided to both us and the seller to finally 'get us over the line' and into a home after almost 2 years trying.
