We would like to thank Ludvic, Rory, Sam, Tom and Anthea at Laskowski for their professionalism in selling our property recently. From our very first meeting with Ludvic at the property until it was sold we were kept informed of any upcoming viewings and interest and then updated on the progress with the sale. As we live out of the area a member of Laskowski staff accompanied every viewing and even went the extra mile in visiting the property to read the meters for us. Thank you all so much. I have used laskowski's as both a buyer and a seller and can't recommend highly enough. My recent experience of selling was through no fault of laskowski (conveyancing issues) problematic to say the least but they (and especially Sarah) went above and beyond to get the sale across the finish line.. Certainly the most honest, reliable and hard working agents in Falmouth.. oh and I should probably mention that they got me 2 asking price offers within days of going to market..
