We rent a property in Falmouth from Laskowski, which is owned by a private landlord. The lettings team have been great - they are responsive and also very understanding to our needs as tenants. It’s unusual to find such a friendly, proactive team of lettings agents that aren’t entirely focused on the landlord! Would highly recommend their services. Our agent, Millie, even helped us agree with our landlord when we wanted to adopt a dog! The team go above and beyond.

We mostly had dealings with Rory and Priscilla with the purchase of a property. There were absolutely amazing! Couldn't fault the service we received! They went above and beyond to try and assist with a smooth transition. Fantastic communication and customer service. It was unfortunate that it wasn't the quickest process, however that was due to the sale of our property, and if we could of used then to sell our previous home, we most definitely would have, as it may of helped to speed things up. I have just completed on the sale of my property in Falmouth, and could not be more impressed by this Laskowski team. I used Chat GPT to identify the best agent in Falmouth based on reviews and other available data from Rightmove etc. Laskowski was top of the list, and they deserve that place there. I dealt with multiple members of the team and they all have a culture of straightforward honesty and problem solving which I found most refreshing. As I do not live locally I relied upon them to organise cleaners and various other things which they did efficiently and without complaint or asking for extra money.
