GoogleSent an email and left a voicemail with the goal to purchase a property through Your Move Estate agents in Falkirk for cash. Received a call back the next morning from a lady who at first did not want to identify herself, after repeatedly asking her name she at first responded with "I am from Your Move Estate Agents" then on the 3rd or 4th time reluctantly told me her name was Jodi. Was completely condescending from the first sentence. Was very uncomfortable call where she demanded answers to quite sensitive questions and seemed to somehow combine a haughty/posh and really uneducated manner all at the same time. I knew the building for sale quite well as I live a few doors down from it and had instructed my solicitor to make an offer. Jodi insisted that was "Not how it was done" and that I must view it first and refused to listen to my plea to just make an offer while still demanding answers to sensitive questions. She then accused me of having a "tone" with her, which to be fair at that point in the conversation was probably true. Had had enough of her nonsense and told her did not want to do business with her and instead of passing me to someone else the phone was disconnected. Didn't even bother to ask the amount of my offer which would have been £10 000 over asking.

GoogleExcellent service from the Falkirk branch and in particular from Morven, who has provided exceptional customer service. The process of moving house can be a daunting experience, however the professionalism shown by the branch has made this process enjoyable. Morven communicated with myself regularly and has always been on hand should I reequire any further information. GoogleBeen dealing with Your Move, Falkirk branch since March 2020. They were handling the sale of the house I was buying. I had regular contact from Jodi from the branch throughout the pandemic. She has been very helpful and friendly throughout the last 6 or so months. She has a great telephone manner and made things bearable throughout this long drawn out period. GoogleYour Move operate a really friendly and efficient team in Falkirk. They explained the process to us clearly and once appointed made a really big effort to market and sell our house. They managed a huge number of viewing appointments effortlessly and kept us informed and updated along the way which was really appreciated. I would highly recommend them for sale of a property in the Falkirk area.

He recommend I speak with Liam (The adviser for the Falkirk branch) and yet again the service was exceptional. Highly recommend Your Move for any home enquiries you may have.

I was particularly impressed that I could speak with any of the team members in the office and they were all up to speed with what was happening with the sale and could give prompt updates or offer good advice when asked. They took care of everything for us, kept us informed and did so with total professionalism. Can't thank then enough. Highly recommend them to anyone selling.
