Having the tricky problem with living in England and used to a different system of selling a property, selling a house in Falkirk was immediately solved when Clyde Property became involved. Clark Gillespie guided us through the initial hurdles, and then Anne Clelland and her team took the whole problem out of our hands. Always updating us on viewings and feedback, always there to assist. A sale was agreed within a few weeks - we could not have asked for more. Anne was so attentive to any queries and an enormous help when our buyer’s solicitor stopped communicating with our solicitor for a period of time. The whole process was professionally dealt with, and their experience of the Falkirk property market and negotiations are first class. You cannot go wrong in using Clyde to sell a property, and would highly recommend them. C&M, London.

From the beginning of the sales process until the property was under offer, the team at Clyde, Falkirk could not have been more professional and helpful. Feedback was always prompt and the sales team efficient and constructive. We felt that the team knew us and our property well and were able to pass on valuable knowledge of the local area to prospective buyers from outwith the area. It was always possible to speak to a member of the sales team and communication was excellent. We would have no hesitation in recommending Clyde prospective clients.

Words cannot describe how fantastic Clyde Property were when I was selling my flat. My initial phone call with Clark Gillespie confirmed I had made the correct decision selecting Clyde as my Estate agent, his knowledge of the local area was insanely good and my home report valuation was EXACTLY in the middle of the range the Clark suggested my property could be worth, and he hadn't even seen the property at this point! Anne and her team are phenomenal, their attention to detail, communication and general attitude were first class. They kept me up to date with all viewing, offers, feedback and even when things were quiet, i always got either a courtesy phone call or email which was very my appreciated since i was living over 100 miles away. I cannot recommend Clyde Property highly enough, they are the best estate agents I have ever worked with by a long way. Thanks again Clyde!

I have lived out of the UK for over 30 years and had no idea how to go about selling my parents house but thankfully Clark patiently answered all my questions and guided me in the right direction. I left everything in his team's capable hands as I had to return to Portugal and the house was sold within a week. Thank you so much for showing such a high level of professionalism with a human touch.PositiveProfessionalism

I felt they weren't very fair with buyers. Not very helpful with regards to the condition of the property we were viewing. I was told that after I buy the property if there was anything wrong I could take it up with the company that did the Home Report. Which to me seems ludicrous when you have already bought the property
