GoogleWe sold our house recently through Clyde and the service was excellent. They were professional and ready to help with any query when we contacted them. From the moment Clark visited our property until the sale was completed, we were confident we had made the right choice. After that Lorna, Rhona, Michelle and all the staff in the office took over and were available when we had any questions or issues to discuss, even after matters were in the hands of the solicitors they were prepared to help get things concluded. Thank you Clyde Property.PositiveResponsiveness, Quality, Professionalism, Value

GoogleI chose Clyde on the recommendation of my relative and I am so glad that I did. Their service is professional, friendly and so comforting. Selling a house can be stressful but this was the least stress free sale ever for me. If you are thinking of selling or buying, I recommend Clyde. Just go and talk to them, they do not pressure you and they do a great job. It is well worth their extremely competitive cost. You will be glad you dealt with this company.

GoogleHaving never sold a house before, I had no idea what to do. I used Clyde on a recommendation and it is one that I will be giving to anyone that I know who is selling. From the outset, nothing was too much trouble for the team and they explained every step of the process to me and kept me regularly updated. The patience they showed even when my questions were silly was brilliant. The entire experience was made very easy and everyone that I encountered on the team was an absolute joy to deal with. I can’t recommend Clyde highly enough, this is a perfect example of 5* service at competitive prices. From the initial enquiry to closing date was only 9 days, amazing. Thank You.

GoogleWe contacted Clyde to put our property on the market late in August last year. Within hours of the property going on their web page we were being asked to do viewings, the result of which got our house sold within five days and over and above the price being asked. Well done Clyde!! If we remained in Scotland we would certainly come back to you again!!
