Belvoir made this experience so much better, they were friendly and repsonsive from the start. GoogleI am delighted with the responsiveness of Belvoir Lettings. On the few occasions I've requested their attention, they have been prompt and efficient in dealing with my request. When a professional has been sent to perform some task - the most recent being installation of new smoke alarms - those people have been friendly, informative, and thorough. I would have no hesitation in recommending Belvoir to new renters, and to landlords seeking a quality letting agent.

GoogleAs a tenant with Belvoir for over 5 years I can only say that my experience with the company has been nothing but positive. They have always dealt with me in a professional and courteous manner, and I don't think anyone can ask much more than that. Jacquie and Denise are the people I have mainly dealt with and I am more than happy to say they are both very good at their jobs. Highly recommended.

I would be happy to recommend this company and indeed have already recommended it to prospective landlords.Although at first I thought they were very fussy (compared with the company I was with before), I now appreciate this very feature - especially in keeping everything up-to-date as to the law side of things. This takes a lot of worry off our minds. The staff are always polite and helpful and do their best to keep properties let.

GoogleWhat a dreadful organisation to have to deal with. Cannot believe that they do not accept a guarantor for a student who is 21! Insist that a 21 year old student must have a permanent employment contract with a salary of >£12000....... Just means ignoring any property rented out through these people! And reminder to self, not to rent my property out through them!

We rented a property through belvoir falkirk in the past. I found them unprofessional, petty, difficult. If you are thinking about using this agent , stay away!
Please stay away from this mediocre letting agency.Save yourself bother and go somewhere else. Difficult individuals that don't care about anything rather only about themselves. Employees are laughing matter.
