We had such a fantastic and flawless experience with Belvoir Falkirk. We had had a few frustrating weeks searching for a property to rent until we met the folks at Belvoir Falkirk. From our first meeting at their office, Susan Dunsmore was a quintessential professional, whose assistance proved valuable to us in securing a beautiful property. We could not understate her expertise and professionalism during the whole process, from recommending the property, setting up the viewing and assisting us doing all the necessary checks and paperwork. She remained approachable and available throughout the whole process, giving us regular updates throughout the weeks. In some cases we had some challenges which she found ways to resolve to ensure that we secure the property. Susan was always prompt to respond to phone calls and emails and answered all our questions during the process with in-depth explanations so we had all the information to promptly finalise our move. Needless to say we love the property and have settled in well. We would definitely recommend Susan as a got to person and Belvoir to our colleagues and friends in the future.

When I first moved in 6 years ago Belvoir were fantastic. The last 2 years living in the flat were horrendous. Angie O'Rourke was dreadful to deal with - I can't tell if she's malicious or incompetent. She forgot how to use a key, lied in emails then completely ignored her own words being screenshotted and sent back to her, and tried to increase rent beyond the legal cap in place at the time. Quite embarrassing for the branch that she's the manager now, especially knowing from former colleagues of hers that she was known for being the "ditzy" one in the office.

I had an amazing experience with Belvoir Falkirk when I was in search of a place to rent. I was so stressed, how I would bring my children abroad without a house to stay. When I went for my first viewing with Belvoir , they reassured me that they will assist me with the house hunt.They found me a lovely place to stay ,which is very spacious, affordable and close to all amenities.The customer service was outstanding because they went above and beyond to help me find the perfect place to rent.I would recommend Belvoir Falkirk 100% to those who need help in property to rent. I have been a customer of Belvoir Falkirk for over 5 years now and I can honestly say the team are the friendliest and most helpful that I have ever had the pleasure of dealing with. They deal with tenants adversity every day which makes their job a challenge, which they tackle head on putting the tenant first, their professionalism is second to none. I would like to thank Susan Dunsmore and Angie O’Rourke specifically for treating me with respect, being able to cater and sometimes change when I needed things to be differently and helping me get through what has been a challenging few years personally. Their dedication to customer service cannot be questioned. I am writing this review as i am settling into my new property, for however long it may be, safe in the knowledge that both are just at the end of a phone. If you are a tenant avoid, we moved into a property and within a month it was infested with rising damp and mould, they tried to blame us for it telling us not to put heating on during winter and keep windows open, we had professionals come out inspect and confirm it was due to a damaged roof, even after this they try to blame us and make no attempt to repairing the problem, when confronted all they had to say was move out if your not happy. Which was exactly what I did absolutely disgusting and unprofessional behaviour from them

Angie did a brilliant job holding our hands long-distance through the process of finding a buyer for our little house situated hundreds of miles from where we now live. She responded to all our e-mailed concerns and questions promptly and thoroughly, and advised us on what needed to be done to prepare property for market (with a view to minimizing costs), then managed the process of getting that work done. We received, and accepted, an asking price offer after only six days on the market, so she obviously did a great job! We have absolutely no hesitation recommending Belvoir!
