Jon kept us updated every step of the way and was readily available to answer any of our questions. The staff in the office were always polite and extremely helpful every time we were there.

GoogleI was selling a property as Power of Attorney and cannot thank the staff of Abbots Fakenham enough for their support through what was a long and painful process due to an extremely complicated lease. They never gave up despite it being a low value property and communicated with me well even when the news was not so good. I would not hesitate in recommending this branch of Abbots to friends and family. Thank you so much to all of the efficient, calm and genuinely caring staff!

GoogleAbsolutely excellent service throughout a process that started out as a sprint but turned into a marathon! Melanie, Nina and Ian in the Fakenham sales team were absolute stars, marketed my property with absolute professionalism. Hilarie, responsible for monitoring the sales process, was equally professional. Faultless in updating her client on progress and never needing to be chased herself. If I were to sell my current property, I would not think twice about appointing Abbotts, Fakenham, as my estate agent.

GoogleAbbotts have a good range of properties to offer. During my search I was kept well informed and up to date with information on properties coming on to the market. Living in another part of the country from Norfolk, where I was looking for a new home, created logistical difficulties in using public transport to get to viewings, but the staff team were always very helpful and accommodating in arranging to drive me from their office to see various properties in the area. Altogether I found the service provided to be excellent and the staff to be well informed, patient and extremely helpful. So I highly recommend Abbotts Countrywide.

GoogleAbbotts came to value my property and although I felt that what they were telling me was pretty much what any other agent would, they also said that I would get an update every week through the sale process. I was sceptical but as a friend had recommended them I went ahead and placed my property on the market. I’m happy to say that I had a satisfactory offer within 3 weeks and to my surprise I had an update every single week throughout the sale. Everyone I spoke to was extremely efficient and I would have no hesitation in using Abbotts again in the future and will certainly recommend them to family and friends.

They were up against it during the first lockdown and pandemic, but I felt kept up to date without constant chasing.
