I recently sold my property with Just Property and couldn't be happier with their service. I was initially swayed by the marketing package offered by Knight and Knoxley but when they failed to sell our property after a number of months and made a number of errors, we decided to go back to Just Property. Not only did Just Property sell the property for us immediately (and have several offers on the table), but they were a delight to deal with. They are an honest bunch with real integrity. They try their best to get the highest price but also know the market well and will be frank and fair with both buyers and sellers. I couldn't recommend more and would only use them if I were to sell in Hastings again. Thank you.

I found the entire experience with Just Property in Hastings traumatic. I was promised a level of service that did not materialise once l had signed up. They lost the key to my front door and for weeks did not try to find it. I guess ringing my front door bell trusting l was in worked for them, but I still have not had my key returned. I was given somebody else's key. I feel unsure their screening process is up to scratch, l have a two bedroomed flat, one bedroom being a boxroom, but a family of five were sent to view. The kids were not wearing masks and running around touching everything. During a pandemic and with the rule of six in place there were seven of us in my flat. That felt stressful.

Just Property Hastings took over the sale of my property when I had failed to sell using another agent. I found them to be totally professional, friendly, pro-active and great communicators, regularly updating me with any news. They sold the property very quickly, and kept in touch with both me and my solicitor throughout the process through exchange and completion, always responding quickly to any requests for information or help. All in all one of the smoothest property sale experiences I've ever had. I highly recommend them.

I couldn't recommend just property enough. Living far away from the house while selling it was not ideal. However, the property was on market, with excellent photos swiftly. They worked perfectly with my tenant for the initial stages and then whilst the house was empty I felt confident they were keeping an eye on it, for me. Communication throughout the sale meant I knew when a viewing was, who was viewing it, their position to buy but also their feedback after viewing it. Amazingly, this excellent service didn't stop as soon as an offer was accepted-as seems to be the norm with other agents. They worked over and above what would be expected, to ensure the sale went through- who knew that faxes still existed and that they could cause so much hassle ;)

I bought a property through Just Property which has now completed and can't do anything but praise them. Right from the get go they were comparably more relaxed during the viewing, where other estate agents I had seemed to just want to tell me about other properties they're selling and make more viewings, Just Property actually allowed me to spend time with just the property I was viewing without being pushy. Very informative and made me actually want to buy the property I came to see.Then when I made the decision to purchass, they were always very quick to respond. I prefer using email as I work long, busy shifts and I found that they always responded to emails within an hour or two. They helped me secure the sale at a good price for myself and the seller and immediately took listings off.During the conveyencing process, my solicitors were a nightmare, very hard to get hold of, very slow, I appreciate that it was a busy period for moving house but they were very frustrating. Fortunately, Ben from Just Property helped push forward the process, always giving me frequent updates and advice. Always answering queries I had almost immediately by email and easy to talk to on the phone too.Overall my experience moving house has been made a lot smoother thanks to the team at Just Property and I would highly recommend them!

This is the second time I have used them to sell a house. Just over three months from when it went on the market to completion date. I live 175 miles away and so cannot meet potential buyers. Just property accompanied all viewings and looked after everything. Very worth while the money

Just Property were great with our purchase on our first home! They were not at all 'pushy or sales like' towards us which made us feel more comfortable, start to finish. It was all new to us (obviously) and they explained every step of the process and reassured us throughout. We brought a house from a lovely man and they took care of him whilst putting our needs first too. The process was quite straight forward and relaxed and we complete within the next couple of weeks! By August 2019 we had completed and were in! All in 3 months! Great service from a professional and friendly team. Particularly in the later stages of a very stressful sale (which took 7 months despite no chain either side!) the whole team pulled out all the stops.
