Moving house in the middle of a pandemic with lockdown rules and business uncertainty was always going to be a challenge, and so it proved. This is why I’m all the more grateful for the solid professionalism and sound guidance that you and your team at Just Property provided us helping us sell our home in Hastings and buy the home in Newcastle that we’d had our heart set on. When we lost buyers due to furlough and lockdown the staff at Just Property were there with practical optimistic advice and support and before we knew it we had a new buyer. Without your effective communication with the estate agent who we were buying through we would most likely have lost our purchase. When we were uncertain as to how to proceed you settled our nerves and stiffened our resolve. We can’t thank you all enough for your professionalism and the personal approach you brought to your dealings with us.

Just Property professional

Just Property have helped us over the years to buy property and this year they did a great job in helping us sell a property we rented out. They liased with our tenant and organised an open day viewing and the next day we had two asking price offers. We're delighted to have accepted one and have exchanged contracts. Throughout the entire process they have been extremely professional and always kept us informed. They go beyond the typical services and are always happy to help us such as water meter readings etc. We would always use them to sell and would strongly recommend them to fellow buyers and sellers.

We have just bought and sold with Just…

We have just bought and sold with Just Property. The marketing team were excellent and I couldn’t fault them. I did not think we were treated as well by the sales negotiation team as they were more bothered about keeping our buyers happy than us. I thought the completion was handled particularly badly with Just Property handing the keys to the house to the buyers without telling us or our solicitor which meant the buyers turned up before we had left the house or finished clearing it. That should not have happened.

Just Fantastic

Just Property were Just Fantastic! When you sell your house in these covid times you have to put a lot of trust in your estate agent. Siobhan and Colin are just the people you want on your side. The quality of potential buyers were good.... so much so we sold within a week. We were updated regularly on appointments, feed back and the sales process. We didn't have to chase for anything. If we sell again we will definitely call Just Property

In general everyone was pleasant and professional, and despite a long and somewhat bumpy ride we got there in the end. However, it's only three stars because the busy housing market seemed to take their eyes off the ball. It felt as if they were constantly so busy, they weren't particularly engaged in getting my ouse sold at its best price; communication was at times pretty poor; and I never was sure who specifically was dealing with my sale - it seemed like every other time I rang or got an email i was dealing with a different member of staff. But, as I say, the guys (all guys) were friendly and engaging and the sale was eventually made.

I'd like to echo the sentiments of the 97%. I have used Just Property three time over the years. They just do it properly at Just property. Kept me posted all the way and made what would normally be a stressful time more bearable. Whether you're buying or selling, if you want results without the flannel, these are the 'go-to' people. I recommend them without hesitation. A special thanks go to Charles and Ben. I won't be using them again but that's because they've made it possible for me to realise a lifelong dream of moving to the Scottish Highlands.

Just Property were the dream agents to buy a property from. We were searching for the right place when it was more of a seller's market. They were really helpful from our first contact and the people were just lovely. They were efficient and helpful by email and in person. They helped us too to get our estate agents in London a bit more mobilised! Really lovely people who do a good job. They patiently sent our many messages to our vendors on many occasions. If ever we need to sell the house we have bought in Icklesham (which we hope we never will!) then we would go straight to Just Property for sure.

The team were responsive to emails and communicated well.The only reason I have not scored 5 stars is that the lease length was inaccurate on the property information, which was a vital piece of info when making our offer. Our estate agent required this from our leasehold property before it was advertised for sale online. I suggest Just Property do the same in the future, to ensure potential buyers have accurate information before making offers and decisions on a purchase.
