FacebookBeen ringing and leaving messages for three weeks !!! - We have had no heating for weeks and it's freezing here and the tap leaks a litre of water a hour So I will be sending you my water bill and speaking to a solicitor tomorrow ! GoogleIf you like being lied to and miss lead, Your Move is definitely for you! I am terribly disappointed with the service I have received. The girls dealing with leasing my property were friendly and professional, I don't want to take that away from them. However, given incorrect information, intentionally or not. It has left a bad impression. I am a big believer that if you can make things right after any negative situation in any business, you will come out with some credibility. Unfortunately this hasn't happened. My first dealing with an estate agent has confirmed the stereotype! The tenants that are now in my flat approached me before they viewed the property and I let Your Move keep them!! They are happy, they have their paycheck. They don't care about you. Definitely do your research, there are plenty of other agencies out there.

The whole Exmouth team were friendly and approachable I was kept well-informed of upcoming viewings and proceedings by Kayley and Tia who were dealing with my case. Their knowledge and advice regarding the local property market and legal requirements of letting a property was invaluable. They found a suitable tenant within a week of my property being listed. Well done, Your Move.

As stated at the time of your application in 2016, our reference system treated you fairly and a failed reference on the property will not affect your suitability to rent a property in the future. You were also sent your referencing report in a response to your Stage 1 complaint. We were very open about our fees for the reference and these fees are displayed in branches and are in line with trading standards. GoogleI have been very impressed with the service I have received recently from the lettings team, Tia, Kayley and Hannah. The team are always on the ball and are we’re very quick to find me a Tenant, I even had a number of Tenants to select from... what a hard choice! GoogleThe Exmouth team were fantastic from the moment we arranged the first viewing to the collection of the keys once we’d completed the purchase. Would highly recommend purchasing a house via this Estate Agent. Special mentions have to go to Abbie and Katie. They worked so hard ensuring we kept up to date throughout the process and ensuring a mortgage was obtained to meet our needs and budget.

GoogleCan't fault this team! They have made a stressful move into renting, a simple, slick, friendly and professional one. The whole process was easy - from viewing to finally getting the keys. And the aftercare has been just as good. I won't single anyone out as at this branch anyway, there is a team of people that are always ready to help.

GoogleI have recently bought a property through Your Move and have been so impressed by them. From the very beginning to being shown around to picking up my keys, they were always lovely and reassuring. Katie in particular was so helpful and supportive the whole way throughout (even if I did have to go back to look to few times).

FacebookCurrent government advice is to not to leave the house unless its absolutely necessary. So why today have I had a flyer from your estate agent pushed through my letterbox. Especially when there is a sign on the door asking for people not to post flyers and junk mail pathetic behaviour, I will never. use your company.

GoogleIs there was a 0, I would of put that. Nothing but rubbish experience from the moment I signed up till now. They don't seem like they want to help and never would recommend them to anyone if asked. I have been so patient after so many problems but there is a limit.
