We purchased a flat from Fulfords in Exmouth in April 2024 and we were very impressed with the service we received. Kathleen Hepburn was extremely proactive, arranging our viewing, following up with us and then negotiating our purchase. The purchase was a long process but Kathleen was excellent at keeping us informed, chasing up solicitors, overcoming obstacles and ensuring the purchase went ahead. We are very grateful to Kathleen and her colleagues and would recommend Fulfords. We were thoroughly impressed with Kathleen and her knowledge and professionalism.

The experience I had when buying my flat from Fulfords in Exmouth was excellent, from start to completion. Kathleen initially showed me the flat and then proceeded to do everything possible for a smooth journey to completion I called, emailed and went in the office (a lot!) for support and guidance and nothing was ever too much trouble for Kathleen, in the way she always helped me. I cannot recommend the Fulford's team in Exmouth highly enough... thank you! Kathleen was excellent at her job, both professional and friendly. Kathleen also definitely understood the stresses of buying a home and how to reduce the stress for clients as much as possible... which was much appreciated. Thank you!

My parents recently bought a property in Exmouth through Fulfords. Kathleen who is the the Assistant Manager at the branch has been outstanding ! She has been very helpful and presented excellent customer service from the beginning right to the end. Kathleen has answered all my questions and helped to chase the solicitors on a daily basis to move things forward as quickly as possible. Lily and team helped us let out our bungalow in Exmouth. The property needed some updating and Fulfords have their own maintenance company, so they were able to coordinate the work whilst finding a tenant. We were kept updated when viewings were happening and a tenant was quickly found and moved in as soon as the paint was dry! So, off to a great start, fingers crossed for the future!

Fulfords witholding rent collected after their management ceased. Total failure from both Fulfords and Countrywide to deal with the matter which has been ongoing for 2 years. Currently awaiting the Property Ombudsman and putting the matter in the hands of the Courts. Landlords beware!

Whilst searching for a new home, I found all of the staff at the Exmouth branch to be super friendly and patient.
