I'm currently in the process of buying a shared ownership house and Niamh has been amazing so far. She's super friendly and nothing is ever too much trouble. As soon as she's had an update she's informed me straight away and if she hasn't known an answer to a query she's been honest and said she doesn't know rather than guessing but she will find out and update me when she has the answer which she has done so. So far the process has been really smooth. All staff at the Exmouth branch have been super friendly and helpful. Another name to highlight is Jake, he was really friendly and was keeping me up to date with the movement of the shared ownership houses. I would 100% recommend Niamh and wouldn't think twice about using them again in the future. Thank you for making a stressful process so much easier to deal with :)

I met Charlie when he came to value my house and Kathleen when I went to view a property, and both impressed me, leaving me with a very positive impression of Fulfords. Charlie was extremely personable, quickly making me feel at ease. Whilst appraising my home, he asked all the right questions and he clearly listened to my answers as he went back to points I had raised in our conversation. He spoke confidently and knowledably about the market situation and was honest in his summing up! I felt my home would be in safe hands - trust an Estate Agent? I would trust Charlie! Kathleen was known to a colleague of mine who said of her 'she knows her stuff' and she clearly does! She was skilled at showing me a property whilst not making the disabled tenant feel overwhelmed or uncomfortable. I liked her instantly! It's really early days in the process, but so far, Fulfords have been extremely professional, great at keeping in touch and particularly helpful and friendly. We met with Leah from the Budleigh Salterton branch. She was early for our meeting and had come prepared with the house information. She was very enthusiastic and seemed to to appreciate the features of the property. She had a very engaging personality, she answered our questions as best she could, she asked us lots of interesting questions but wasn't pushy . She gave us lots of things to think about. She followed up with a phone call the next day as she said she would. Again she asked good questions about our experience and our views on the property Her approach suited us and how we are, which shows she can attune to people and their needs.

Kathleen at Fulfords beyond above and beyond for us with our property purchase. When solicitors weren't coming back to us and being difficult she went out of her way to chase them up and constantly kept us in the loop with everything that was going out. By far the best estate agent we have ever dealt with and we definitely wouldn't have got into our property as quickly without all her help. We had an awful experience with another estate agents in the area when trying to buy a previous property so we had pretty much lost all faith in them but she very much as restored all of this now!
