The whole process from the first contact to completion was faultless. Tom and Heather were delightful and so helpful and accommodating. Tom was always in touch to see if there was anything he could do to help. He was very efficient and always honest and answered any questions we had. He liaised between both solicitors to ensure there were no delays. We hope to stay in touch with both of them to invite them back when we are settled. My husband and I experienced a long, and often disappointing, house search but it was Isabel Clifton at Strutt & Parker who eventually helped us find our dream home. Throughout the buying process, Isabel was professional and extremely helpful. She fully understands what an emotional endeavour it is buying a property, and also clearly understood what we were looking for in a family home. The team at S&P were helpful too, it was easy to speak to someone in the office, which definitely wasn't always our experience with other agencies. Adam (who’s kindly shown us around numerous houses with Strutt & Parker) is a diamond. Like Isabel, he does his homework and can answer all the questions you might have about a house, and if he can’t he’ll point you in the direction of who can. Tom Folland and the team were very professional throughout the sale process of our home. His valuation took account of all factors that could affect the selling price which ensured that we received the correct value from the sale. From the time an offer was received and accepted, the team frequently keep in touch to ensure all the necessary questions and documents were completed promptly by both sellers and buyers and their solicitors. Exchange of contracts took place within the timescale originally estimated with completion of the sale 2 weeks later by agreement of both parties. Strutt & Parker's team did and excellent job.
